After years of working with big names like JB Hi-Fi, SBS and Samsonite, 3sixty decided it was time to refresh their visual identity to better reflect their values: wisdom, integrity and kindness. They wanted a brand that felt more aligned with their story — something grounded, professional, and uniquely human.

In our early conversations, it was clear that the refreshed identity needed to feel:

• Trustworthy and professional
• Human and warm
• Purpose-driven
• Organic and grounded
• Accessible and inclusive
• Easy to use and apply across many formats

These considerations shaped the creative direction, alongside the team’s strong attachment to their existing colour palette and the original logo concept.

I reworked the logo to improve clarity and alignment, refreshed the brand colours for better contrast and accessibility, and introduced a more versatile graphic system. I also created a custom series of hand-drawn icons that can be combined to add layered meaning — widely used across their presentations, workshops and internal materials.

To support the marketing team, I designed a set of branded social media templates to help them create content more efficiently while staying on-brand.

The new identity gives 3sixty a cohesive, flexible visual system that’s aligned with their purpose, making it easier to show up with consistency, confidence and impact across everything they do.
