Chef and founder Arnaud Laidebeur started his business back in 2018, always painstakingly putting meticulous effort and love into his food. When he contacted me, he was keen to offer a heightened experience to his customers: beautiful packaging to elevate his masterful sushi boxes to a luxurious, high-end gift idea.

The beautiful logo and colour palette I designed are strongly representative of Uminono’s upscale product offering.

We designed a brand that feels:

  • Elegant
  • Luxurious
  • Modern and clean
  • Friendly
  • Subtle (without reverting to any Japanese or French clichés)

Since rebranding, Arnaud’s business has grown and his customers love the elegant design of the signature Uminono sushi boxes. They are a piece of art both inside and out, with the minimal branding providing the perfect canvas for the colours and beauty of his sushi to be the star.

If you find yourself in Melbourne with the opportunity to treat yourself or someone special to these exceptional products, you can order on the Uminono website – be sure to order early because they are much loved and highly sought after!
